Mahua & Gabbar | PAWsitivity Heroes

Gabbar poses for a photo with his brothers Avyan and Anvay, and Mahua and Anshuman.

Mahua met Gabbar when he was less than a month old. He crawled up near her leg when she was feeding her regular pack.

Since it was late, Mahua got Gabbar home for the night. When she went to reunite him with his mother and siblings the next day, she realized he had traveled a great distance to come find her.

From that day on, she fed him and his pack every night. Soon Gabbar started waiting for Mahua and eating at her house.

When less than 2-years-old Gabbar had an accident that left him with a broken spine, everyone told her to let him go because it wouldn’t be easy to take care of a special needs dog.

But Mahua didn’t care for what the world said. She brought him home and nursed him back to the wonderfully spirited dog he is.

Are you ready to fall in love with Gabbar?

Apart from being a cutie, he will run past you, happily dragging his legs, to be a part of the pack – with his sisters Ellie and Shiro.
He also plays big brother to Mahua’s twin boys Avyan and Anvay.

We couldn’t think of anyone else better than this awesome duo to kick off the PAWsitivity Heroes series.

Press play to be filled with love, warm fuzziness and a lot of inspiration.

Mahua is a Canine Professional and collaborated with us on the PAWsitivity Project to encourage people to take responsibility for stray animals around them.
